I have had the same issue with the IHG storefront
I have had the exact same issues and did all of the same procedures as listed above, and did the same with my wife’s account no luck there either
It is very frustrating because I would really like to purchase in points at the 100% bonus for a trip we’re planning.
I saw a comment on Reddit. The poster stated that it could potentially be a Chase problem so they switched their form of payment to AMEX and stated that it worked so I’m gonna give that a try next and will post if it resolves the issue
