Honestly, I see very little value in this benefit. It’s rare you can find inventory that is comparable to a base rate and apply a certificate. So ultimately you are paying extra to eat/drink in the club. I typically (depending on the destination) will go out of my way to eat off property and experience local establishments.

Agreed! You really need to look around and know what you want in advance. The Club is particularly good addition if you are planning more of a "staycation" at the hotel. We're going down to RC Grand Lakes Orlando. I'll hang around by the pool and read while my husband golfs. If anyone has a restaurant recommendation in the Orlando area (non-WDW) I'd appreciate it.
