I was excited to try the buddha plate based on the delicious poké bowl served in Club a few years ago. Found it pretty tasteless, although the avocado was so creamy and delicious.
On my flight home from Glasgow, the catering didn't match the menu. I was excited for a chicken butty, but ended up with the salmon and avocado dish. It turns out that Do&Co chose to balance the flavourless buddha plate with an incredibly salty salmon option.
Side note, an absolutely stellar crew on the flight - smily, proactive and chatty despite 10 rows of Club, no curtain (one of the big locker NEOs) and lots of delays due to ground handling messiness.
