Looks technical. In which case:
  1. Iberia will claim that the cancelled FRA-MAD flight isn't eligible for compensation for some ridiculous reason
  2. The OP will have a straightforward case with AESA or a small claims court
Nonetheless, the OP will have to see what IB says first...
