Has anybody else noticed this?
Is that just left over wording from confirmations shared with people who pay with money? Or will I be hit for additional fees that will make buying points ahead of time not worth the time and effort?
13% or whatever of a zero cash amount is zero.
What can still be payable are local fixed fee occupancy and other taxes if local law requires them to be paid even on points rooms.
