To my mind this is not only ballsy but crossing the line into bullying -- he did not use force, but he was nonetheless trying to intimidate her into giving up her seat by asserting both this age and his purported superior knowledge. I wish he could be blacklisted from flying on UA for a stunt like that. Good for your daughter for calmly standing her ground (and with humor).
