Booked a flight and then purchased a Premium seat ($40.99) separately, as described above, and then canceled to Wallet on Alaska after 24 hours. Did not automatically credit. Called at the 14-day mark. Offshore call center rep checked with supervisor and told me I needed to wait at least six weeks. Called again during business hours and got a very competent US rep. She not only quickly credited the Premium seat fee, but she also proactively found several other misc. AS fees and credited all of them without asking for any explanation.
