Pictures from reviews show three bottles in the showers. So a good guess is you will have a shower gel, a shampoo, and a conditioner.
Tokyo is basically never my connection point, it is my starting or end point, so it is not me that is part of generating the waitlist for showers in Haneda or Narita.
