The plan was to shift MNL to ICN as an extension of SEA-ICN from March 2020 after the NRT shutdown. However we all know what happened then. Delta did however restart MNL from SEA through ICN in January 2021 but a few days after that the Philippines government shut the country off to American visitors due to our high Covid rates; Delta then pulled out completely from MNL after having just operated two or three rotations of MNL-ICN with the A339
