No, that is way out of context, see my other two posts where I pointed out BA's mistakes. I made the post above as brief as possible since there was a fair challenge from another poster as to where responsibilities lie, and clearly BA should not make it at all difficult to find out when and where your flight is departing. The point I was trying, but evidently failing, to make, despite or perhaps because of brevity and simplification, is that there is some responsibility on passengers, who do have ways of finding out for themselves. As did the overwhelming majority of passengers who had an on-time departure. I equally accept that personal responsibility is unfashionable as a concept.
