Hi. We had two of our cases damaged after a recent Florida trip. Like you we were offered replacements from K2 Global. We have received these cases, which seem of reasonable quality, however the proof of the pudding will be seeing how they stand up to our next trip.
Our old cases were 6 year old Tripp, worth no more than about £80 each.
I was very impressed how the complaint was handled- a phone call from BA a week after a filed my baggage claim. K2 Global were in touch 3 days later, and the new cases were with us within 24 hours of choosing.
