If you’re based in the UK and have no choice, maybe, but but even then people start migrating away from it.
I’ve been smooth sailing at LHR T2 a couple of times when a maelstrom of some kind (strike, IT issue, etc) was occurring at T5.
But, whatever works best for someone most of the time is the right choice…
