Seat selection unavailable for CX flights booked using AA miles?
I recently booked an award ticket on CX (intra-Asia) using AA miles. When I go into CX's site and go to "manage booking" using my CX record locator, it says seat selection unavailable. As an OW Emerald I assumed I would be able to pick seats in advance on an award ticket. Has anyone else faced this issue, and were you able to have it resolved?
