Easy fix to make the BA lounge screens match the ones in the public areas - get a few hundred metres of video cabling. Connect to Video Out on the nearest 'correct' screens and feed that video into the BA Lounge screens, replacing the obviously dodgy current feed. Continue looping from screen to screen until they show the correct feeds.

OR - BA should start to use the SAME FEED as HAL. Given it is only BA and BA-related flights leaving from T5, the information in the public areas has the same relevance to Lounge users.
