I believe Bank of America and US Bank still include restaurants.
Just don't be surprised if these cards in the near future also bail on the restaurant benefit.
It appears from history that PP is exiting the restaurant business and would not be surprised if in the near future these cards, if they offer the benefit, will be stopping it.
I wouldn't rush out and sign up for either if the reason is getting this benefit
