Forced wrapping of luggage
Trying to check my bag for a Delta flight and one of the locks came ajar because I didn’t push it in properly. Did not notice until at bag check and agent refuses to check the baggage at all unless I wrap it (even when I’ve shown the bag is now properly locked and stays closed).
Is this within policy? Can she really force me to use a wrapping service when the luggage is not damaged and stays closed?
