BA395 from BRU has bitten the dust. 5 hours until they can get me home and a downgrade 😩

Edit: accepted the new flight with the downgrade (chatbot is off line so no way to speak to anyone/thing) only to be offered a cheap upgrade when I checked in for my new flight. Who is running this airline?! 😂😩🙄
