I've been in Mongolia for the past little while and haven't even seen a single opportunity to earn MIAT miles on the ground here, other than with a few local credit cards. I'm going to guess this isn't a thing.

The program's website/IT is also quite lacking. This seems to be a very niche frequent flyer program with few opportunities for most.
