Hi All,I'm trying to make an online payment on the [flybondi.com](http://flybondi.com) website, and it keeps getting rejected. I'm trying to make a payment from the US. When I go to the payment page, I enter my information, my card information (I'm using a visa card). It also asks me for "identification type" and "document number". For "identification type", I choose CPF from the pulldown menu (the choices are CPF or CNPJ). And for document number, I enter my passport number.

I tried several cards, but I still keep getting the message that the payment is rejected. I already called up my credit card company, and they have confirmed that they are not blocking any transactions from flybondi.

I looked up the forums and tried to just enter the first 8 digits of my passport number, but it still keeps getting rejected. There are only 2 fields I’m suspecting. Either it doesn’t recognize my visa credit card number (unlikely) or I need to enter the document number as something it accepts.

Does anyone have any thoughts to help me?
