Weekends are for maintenance. I would try again during regular business hours and see if the error persists.

Thanks... happened the past 2 days, so seems less likely an extended maintenance issue but rather something amiss. Wondered if this had anything to do with the Strata card conversion as this is the first time I have tried it since that happened.
