It was me who originally posted this in UA1KGSMM FB group (aka" the new one"). I receive updates every time the CoC is modified and post them there with what has changed, among other random things. Here is a copy of my original post with one additional modification that was noted in the latest version (sorry for formatting, posting via mobile):


Contract of Carriage Updates

Below is a list of changes to the CoC as of June 28, 2024:
  • Rule 5 Cancellation of Reservations, D. Check-In Time Limits, 1. Domestic flights, except those to Guam, a. -- "Passenger must complete the purchase of the ticket(s), check-in, check baggage, and obtain a boarding pass at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. [Previously it was 30 minutes if you did not have a checked bag (except for a few select airports; 45 minutes if you had to check a bag]
  • Rule 5 Cancellation of Reservations, D. Check-In Time Limits, 2. "All non-stop International flights (including flights departing Guam and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands), a. -- "Passenger must complete the purchase of the ticket(s), check-in, check baggage, and obtain a boarding pass at least 75 minutes prior to scheduled departure." [Previously it was 60 minutes (except for select airports]
  • EXCEPTIONS to last rule: Philippines - At least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Within the Federated States of Micronesia; Republic of the Marshall Islands; Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; Republic of Palau; Canada; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; Accra, Ghana; Lagos, Nigeria; and Tel Aviv, Israel, Passengers must complete check-in, check baggage and obtain a boarding pass at least 90 minutes (1 hour, 30 minutes) prior to scheduled departure.​​
  • Rule 27 Refunds, C. Other Refunds, 2. -- "Booking service charges are non-refundable, but Passengers may be eligible for a full refund upon request if the entire reservation is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and if the reservation is made one week or more prior to scheduled flight departure and purchased directly through UA." [Added the word 'entire' before reservation]
