Centurion travel has been a dumpster fire for 15y+.
I’ve encountered agents who were unable to quote business class airfare, mixed up dates, not returning calls, arguing with me via email that a business class ticket is ineligible for “arrival services”, etc. Can’t make this stuff up.
Gone are the days when we had dedicated travel “councilors” who would build complex itineraries and trips. Heck they even used to find award travel for us.
…only reason to still hold a centurion are the generous 2 cents per MR towards airfare (on the biz card anyway) and the very generous extended warranty benefits on high ticket items. Don’t expect any premium service beyond what a platinum card would receive.
