I (have to) check a bag for my work equipment. I have my routine down and frequently hit the counter right around/at T-45 limit. I appreciate the heads up!
EDIT- For data point early this morning I checked a bag at ROC at T-45 exactly.
I was alerted to this change by a friend who's a member of a 1K Facebook group, and the FB posting mentioned that
"The Rule 5 changes have not been updated on the "Airport Process" page as of the time of this post," but I suspect it's just a matter of time before everything matches.
