I guess I am not sure exactly what LH paying UA has to do with this and I did escalate with a manual process with UAMP. I went to LX and they brushed me off. It was a ticket I purchase direct from LX with two LX flights at the beginning of the trip and two LH flights on the end. 3 of 4 are credited. Physical proof of our boarding passes for the missing LH flight have been submitted but to no avail. According to what UA says, LH (or LX) shows as being no-shows on the missing LH flight. Silly. What's the point of the actual paper boarding pass if not to prove we were on the flight?
