I received a "Something went wrong" after the final step (paying with points, 2 pax). Tried again; same result. So I tried to book just myself; same result. Then I noticed the page I was viewing said I only had about 300 points in my account, when there had been way more than that. Then I pulled up the account page; it said I had five upcoming trips, when I only had two before attempting to book today. Oops, all three of those "Something went wrong" messages were incorrect; the bookings were actually successful. So if you see a generic error message check your upcoming itineraries page before trying again.
