It’s pizza dough stuffed with ricotta with mortadella laid on top and drizzled with pistachio sauce. The glob in the middle is supposed to be burrata, but it seemed like more ricotta honestly.
It looks like a starfish gone wild. I never would have suspected that there was stuffed dough under there. It actually sounds delicious.
