If you've had them sitting for 3+ years and haven't considered using them to fly DL or JB or with another transfer partner, either because you don't fly a lot or these airlines don't work for you, perhaps your best bet is to cash them out for a gift card at 1 cpp to a place you frequent. What was the offer of 15k points instead of a statement credit that you weren't aware of? It isn't clear to me in your initial post how you could have earned those?
Yeah, i guess i could take the gift card. At least the unused pts will no longer nag me in the back of my mind.
It was Spend $500 (or $1000?) at some place, get 15000 MR pts. And i was buying there anyway.
For some reason i read it as $150.00 since all the other offers i've taken advantage of was cash back.
hm.. Ironically, taking the gift card would be the same value as the offer.
But since it's now in MR points, i want more than 1 cpp for it.
