I’ve managed to be caught out by this today!
Final eligible flight to trigger Silver taken on Thursday.
Silver status recognised by BA this morning.
I am flying this evening and tried the Finnair trick of removing and then adding the BAEC number from the booking before generating the boarding pass through the BA app, but the pass generated was Bronze. I guess Amadeus won’t recognise I’m Silver until tomorrow.
Fortunately the lounge guardian was happy to manually bang in my BAEC number and let me in.
