The other day the chap holding people back for the PP lounge proactivally asked me at the back of the queue whether i was OW, and beckoned me forward....else I probably wouldn't have bothered either.

I think it's a nice space, but I still don't unserstand why the hot breakfast is replaced with lunch by 9am
