Spicy Creole Sausage

This one was pretty bad. The flavor was actually decent, but it was too much mass to be properly warmed in the time allotted in the oven. That left the sausage tasing like a cold bologna in the middle instead of a warm andouille-like sausage. The peas (beans) were decent, but there wasn't enough white gravy sauce to keep them moist.

Chicken Makhani

I actually wasn't sure if the chicken was actually chicken or a poorly formed meatball because the pieces were so fatty and strung together. The pile of greens were off putting in the curry and got cold/gross in a hurry. The actual curry was bland which is acceptable for an airline but not for a real chicken curry. The included pepper did little to correct for that.
