Question Delay due to crew availability

Was supposed to fly out yesterday on WS. Flight cancelled, rebooked to fly out today at 2 pm. Received an email this morning that says
​​Hello [name], your departure time out of Toronto has changed. Your flight has a new departure due to crew availability.
Has anyone else received this? I'm surprised, as you'd think there would be plenty of crew available given the reduced number of flights running.

Also, is the fact that my flight is delayed but not outright canceled a good sign? I see a whole bunch of other departures from Toronto canceled already. Is my flight more likely to go given that it's delayed?

Advice appreciated!
