Just wants to give a recent update regarding application status for SeS-Ge:

1. 06/21/2024 - Apply through partner program in TTP in USA. Immediately
Pending Review
2. 06/21/2024 - Registered on HiKorea with "short-term residents" option since this is only one I can do without ARC.
3. 06/22/2024 - Received email from HiKorea asking me to create an account and make payment.

I have yet to visit Korea to get my interview and fingerprint.
Some really confusing point.
- (step 1) while TTP pending review status was immediate, the information took 24hs to reach Korea side, which is not apparent from the guide page on SeS-Ge. So if your account shows nothing. Come back on day 2.
- yes you have to create an account on hikorea
- (step 5) payment has to be done after login to hikorea, then follow the link on the bottom of step 03 on this page: https://www.hikorea.go.kr/ses/GeAppl...charge_en_txt2
- your status is showing on https://www.hikorea.go.kr/mypage/sesGeStatPageR.pt (after you login on the top)
- SeS is automatic and free if you have ARC card (long term residency status in Korea?), but for short term visitors/tourists, SeS-Ge is the way and is not free.
