JAL booked with CX Miles unable to look up booking or select seat with JAL
I booked an F ticket on JAL with CX miles. When I try to lookup booking on JAL website, I just get "Transactions are not available for this booking on the JAL website." I can't manage the booking and there is no way to select a seat. I tried a search but got no useful info. What do I do?
