Regarding the Conrad Osaka, you are right that it is a bit of a time consuming design - but I like the hotel a lot. For next time, there is a nice, local standing sushi place in the basement worth trying, along with a few other shops and a pub
I did see the standing sushi place, but as I'd done so much walking I didn't want to stand while eating haha
