The route map in the Cathay magazine (page 148 - can download for free with PressReader) indicates which airports have a CX lounge:

Hong Kong (with first class)
London Heathrow (with first class)
Narita
Haneda
Manila
Taipei
Shekou
Beijing
Shanghai
Singapore
Bangkok
Paris (temporarily closed)
Vancouver
San Fansisco

Have I missed any?
