If WJ is anything like AC, you need to be really careful with this. Sometimes a flight is "cancelled" and rescheduled (but not immediately) under a different flight number (e.g. delayed past midnight and avoiding 2 flight numbers on the same day).

I've also had WJ cancel a flight and re-book me on AC (with a nearly identical departure time) without any alerts. Only found out when I couldn't check in onllne and called in to find out why.
