Here now, in a 12th floor deluxe room overlooking the sunset strip ( no suite upgrade). Rooms are a bit tired but not terrible, with better lighting than most. Supposedly housekeeping is only every 4th day but they tidied up the first morning. Mini bar was completely empty; I thought a usual Andaz perk was free snacks and soft drinks in there? The sun room area is lovely, better than it must have been as a balcony, with comfortable furniture.
