I had logged into my capital one app last week because I knew my funds expiration date was approaching. The app simply stated that my funds expire on June 28th. To me, that says I have until EOD on June 28th to use the credit.

I logged in yesterday to make a booking and the funds are gone.

I dig a little deeper and I see that the funds expire on June 28th at 1 am ET. I wish I took a screenshot of the areas that more simply stated "June 28th" without any reference to a time of expiration.

I feel pretty slighted by this. I tried reaching out to customer service but they said they can't do anything to extend the expired funds. Anyone have any recommendations or am I SOL?
