That's right. Don't wait for the email.

I recently qualified (got 50 EQN) and got a message on my cellphone, then saw it on the Marriott app (on phone).

Went to laptop browser to log onto Marriott, no message there. Went to look for the benefit and saw it there (i.e. can choose). I didn't choose, as I was counting could I possibly reach Titanium this year and choosing 5 EQN may help, or just choose the almost useless Suite Night upgrade certs or whatever it's called.

Many days later I got an email.
