The new Delta Sky Club is roughly 22,000 square feet and given it was just completed, I cannot imagine any plans to expand it. AF, KL, and KE business class passengers currently have access, and when one of those flights uses M14 they board directly from the lounge. Delta Sky Clubs in general have well-known issues with overcrowding and lines out the door to get in, but the new one in ORD rarely has this issue.
