Hello, looking for some advice,

currently have the Premium Econ ticket, looking at bidding to business for the flight, minimum bid is HKD 9700, the cost to upgrade straight up would be HKD 14,000 with re booking fee

HK to PARIS (CDG) CX261 July 2nd
  1. what are the chances they will accept a close to min bid?
  2. if they accept a close to min bid, is it considered good value?
  3. any way i can tell if they will have the new aria suits for the aircraft?
