Like most of BoA you have to be willing to fight your way through terrible user interfaces to survive.
Looks like you can still get directly to card services through Erica by following this process:
- Type "credit card phone support"
- It will ask you to clarify your question with a topic
- Again type "credit card phone support"
- It will present you a list of all your credit card accounts, pick the one you want to call about.
- You'll be presented with options including a "Call Now" prompt that includes the estimated hold time.
Obviously it shouldn't be this hard on a premium card, but there's your cheat code to eliminating some of the call tree frustration.
