Just came off BR16 and they had "Wagyu Beef Dacquoise" as the appetizer and a kind of Mousse Cake with Red Bean and even a Hibiscus Tea pairing. Methinks that BR is going for haute cuisine in the skies. I haven't ever seen the likes of such items on, for example, QR or SQ J class menus. All such meals though have been usually quite fantastic.
this is a BR habit - either making up fake fancy sounding names for dishes, especially sauces, or misappropriating fancy names, like
Dacquoise which is an almond and hazelnut meringue sweet dessert and not something made with meat.
