So Rio is undergoing a transformation. Why do people care so much? It's beyond obsession at this point.
It's been discussed ad nauseum at this point, but I guess that's what happens when you get a bunch of people staying weeks at a time at an off-strip, budget casino/hotel. It becomes like a retirement community where even the smallest update feels monumental.
