I have a BA Holidays (flight + hotel) booked for November where the first flight, DUB-LHR, has been cancelled and the itinerary no longer works.
I want to fix it, but I don't know anymore where I have to call.
I started with the Belgian number, but:
- the first agent told me to hold and then ended the call
- the second and third try they hung up on me just after 2 rings
- the last agent told me they could only handle EU booking and since I was starting in IE I should call the UK office
. Then she gave me a number without country code...
I managed to find the given number was an Irish one, but when I tried it an automated response told me it was not an active number. Then I tried the Ireland number from the website but something didn't work with my phone, so I wrote to the GGL mail to ask where I had to call and if they could give me a phone number, but I got an automated response from customer service 2 days ago and then nothing.
This kind of things are the reason I hate to interact with BAH, but in any case I still have to fix the issue, so... who I am gonna call?
Has someone the right number to pass me?
