You also do get SC club access for flights in F to/from Canada (and I think Mexico), which Silver doesn't get, but obviously the value of that depends on your travel patterns.
I think this might be gone now for flights to Canada for DL STE+ but it still exists for non-DL STE+. Hard to keep up with all the changing SC access rules.
