To continue from my previous post, I once again had to change my flight - different departure airport, but still within the US and a slightly later date in Aug. I went to SQ's service centre in Singapore and they changed it for me with a USD 25 change fee/ticket. The lady assisting me was surprised though by how many times the ticket was re-issued and went to her supervisor to have a word before processing the desired route and date changes.
is it because you couldnt get origin / destination changed at home so you have to go in person?
because i couldnt get o /d changed properly and within appropriate date range. it errors out online
essentially, this means you can alter award tickets indefinitely, as long as you keep paying $25.
