Also diamond here, spouse diamond as well. No upgrades at all for us, we booked standard rooms with points. There were lots of better rooms available, we were offered to pay for upgrading to OV, Deluxe OV, Napua, Ali Suite, etc... ended up paying for an OV upgrade.

Napua rooms seems slightly larger (+60/70sqft) and supposedly newer than regular rooms per Hilton. I never stayed in one so cannot confirm.
