I had pre-booked wifi for use on an A350 with 'super wifi'. Cost was $8 which I thought was sort of standard.

On board, I thought it was slow - probably just about manages picture e-mails. However, not more than an hour after activating the voucher did the system 'forget' my device. My option to use 1hr free wifi courtesy of QRPC disappeared, my voucher was now invalidated and I was required to pay an additional $10 to re-activate it.

I had flown on a 777-300ER between DOH-MLE with wifi onboard (this was an ex-CX plane, which may explain) but the wifi on that plane was excellent. Hopefully this is a one off, but I was not impressed!
