No way of saying without knowing you typical routes and flight days and times. You'll likely notice a difference for C+ upgrades, but probably not much for FC on most routes. And while C+ upgrades will likely be somewhat more plentiful, you'll probably end up clearing at the gate a lot since many flights seem to have full C+ sections when the GM upgrade window opens at 3 days out. In order to see a big difference for C+ upgrades, you basically need to be at least a Platinum where upgrade window opens at booking.
